Delete your account

You can delete your GreenHills Space member account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and signs you out of the GreenHills app on every device.

From the app

1. Open the GreenHills Space app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Delete Account.
3. Confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@greenhills-space.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, sign-in credentials, saved preferences, notification tokens, and any remaining wallet balance. Please use or withdraw your balance before deleting; it cannot be restored afterwards.
• Kept: records of completed payments, bookings, and orders that we are required to retain for accounting and legal purposes. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are no longer linked to a usable account.
