These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GreenHills Space website, our coworking space, membership, and the GreenHills member application. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

Membership is subject to acceptance and to any plan-specific terms communicated to you at sign-up. You agree to use the space and its facilities respectfully and in accordance with any house rules and reasonable instructions from GreenHills staff.

Wallet & payments

Payments inside the space and app are made from your GreenHills wallet, a prepaid balance held in Iraqi dinars. The balance can be topped up at reception or by card in the app, and can be spent only within GreenHills; it is not a general-purpose currency and is not redeemable for cash. Bookings, orders and other charges are deducted from it, and refunds are returned to it.

Bookings & orders

Desk, room, and device bookings are subject to availability and any applicable pricing, which may vary with demand. Food and beverage orders are fulfilled by staff during operating hours. Please review any cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the space or services for unlawful purposes.
• Respect other members, staff, and shared facilities.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Intellectual property

The GreenHills name, logo, website, and app are the property of GreenHills Space and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, GreenHills is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, space, or app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
